Champs is a locally owned and operated sports aerobic studio(located in Noosaville) by head coach Casey Douglas and her mother/business partner Deidre.
Champs offers classes for athletes of all abilities from 5 years old:
- competition and recreation for beginners to elite international
- strength and fitness
- choreography
Casey Douglas (Head Coach) started aerobics in 1997 and in 2008 took over Champs as a business and head coach. Champs has annual concerts and has been successful with athletes attending National comps every year. Athletes have won State and National titles and in 2013 a trio were selected on the Australian team and competed at the FISAF World Championships.
